Seattle DADU Feasibility produces property-specific, human-reviewed feasibility reports and single-question automated reports ($39–$149). Agents, lenders and designers use them to answer the question every client asks: can I actually build a DADU here?
Referrals are free. No commissions, ever.
There is no referral fee, no revenue share, and no payment for sending us a client. We charge the customer directly for the report and keep none of it as a kickback to you. Why? Because your client should get an independent answer, not one that was steered by a payout. If you want to recommend us, do it because the report helps your client — not because you get paid.
